a morning in Saltaire - 1

A few weeks ado I met with some amateur photographer friends, at the suggestion of one of them, to take some photographs in Saltaire. Saltaire is close to where I live and is a Unesco world heritage site. I have take lots of photos there before so was looking for a different perspective. Over the next few days I will publish some of my results.

Hi Mike - Saltaire certainly has a wealth of good subject matter but it is hard to find 'different' angles in a much-photographed area. This is great - love the texture of the rusty metal. I've been doing a Saltaire blog for a while: www.saltairedailyphoto.blogspot.com but mostly conventional shots. I shall follow your series with interest.

Thanks Jenny. There is also a link down below to some earlier pictures of Saltaire.

Thanks too for the link to your own excellent blog.

This is a revised template of my photoblog. The original blog - "IMAGE" - contains over five years of my photographs.

So if you want to look back further do visit it here. It does not show off the photographs as well as this template but browsing is much easier.
